SICRaS

SICRAS (“Sistema integrato di conoscenza e rappresentazione semantica”) aims at developing mechanisms for aggregating, cleaning and reasoning over Big Data about financial entities — citizens, companies, and their estates — with the goal of facilitating the detection of tax evasion events. The project is a joint effort of DKM, Okkam S.r.l., Alysso S.r.l., and Engineering Tributi.  The involvement of DKM in SICRAS revolves around the design of innovative reasoning strategies for dealing with incomplete, uncertain and heterogeneous (symbolic and sub-symbolic) knowledge.
