- PROJECT CLOSED

ProDe (Progetto Interregionale Dematerializzazione – Dematerialisation Project) is an Italian inter-regional project whose aim is to define a national reference model for the gradual introduction of electronic documentation (de-materialization of documents) in the Public Administration. A crucial aspect in the project is the analysis of the administrative procedures of the PA and the related documental flows, in order to define reference models for “dematerialised procedures” and rules for the management of the dematerialised documents.

The project started in May 2010 and has a duration of 30 months until October 2012. The project involves 9 Italian regions (Piemonte, Lombardia, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Campania, Puglia e Sicilia) and the Autonomous Province of Trento. The activities are structured in 11 tasks: 4 central tasks which define the core of the project, and 7 peripheral tasks, which deal with dematerialisation aspects in different domains of the public administration.

The Autonomous Province of Trento is involved in one of the peripheral tasks which refers to the modeling of the procedures in the Procurement area. The DKM unit is involved in this task by providing support for the modeling of procedures and by using MoKi the collaborative modelling wiki.
